source of test data

Hi,

I am wondering where to find the raw datasets from where the test samples are based on ? Is the information (metadata) is available somewhere ? It is a general question, not specific to any snakemake workflow.

I don't there is an official source of test data for workflows. I guess each workflow has it's own input data e.g. RNAseq has not the same as variant calling.

Hi, as you I guess all test data are specific to each workflow. I am wondering where can I find the id of the raw data from where the test are generated ? I would be interested once I tested the workflow with the test data, to try it with the complete set of raw data if publicly available.
