Nemo action for attach to email doesn't attach, only open editor

I'm using the inbuilt mail client of Vivaldi browser as standard client. It is defined in my 21.3 Cinnamon desktop settings. With the exec command the editor tab of the browser is opened. However, without the attachment. Can you give a solution for it to work? I also asked in Vivaldi forum because there might be special barriers to get it work in a chromium based invironment. Thank you in advance!
