I did do some testing yesterday and found some issues with border calculations. I havent fixed it yet, but i did find an area of code that is not correct....

I had the same issue with the spell window. It was showing when I would ALT+TAB as an option, but the window was gone. Not sure if it was of...

Theres a fork off of this which is made for PQ. This might include better support for these differences https://github.com/EJWellman/QuarmTool
