can not resolve PageAdapter. importing from support.v4 library

Expected behavior PageAdapter should have imported from androidx dependencies just like code given on gitlab.

Additional context Importing PageAdapter in SliderViewAdapter from support library, although I have migrated to Androidx. Using this latest version. com.github.smarteist:autoimageslider:1.3.9-appcompat

Do I need to do anything else.?
