Add new Apple Managed Device Attestation OIDs

Apple added (or at least intends to add) new OIDs in the attestation certificate.

These new OIDs were announced in this WWDC23 video and are listed around 14:39 into the video.

Currently marked a draft, as I haven't seen an actual attestation certificate with these properties on my test system yet.

It was confirmed that these new properties will be available when the new OS versions are GA, later this year.

Testing will thus have to wait till that's the case to verify (en|de)coding of the property values.
