missing information in INSTALL.adoc

during my installation of current src in debian 11 i found that INSTALL.adoc is missing information that following packages are needed in addition:

curl libcurl4-openssl-dev qttools5-dev

plus that QT Version > 4 is sufficient as QT 4 is outdated.

When you start the compilation you need to suppress the qt4.

sudo cmake -DUSE_QT=OFF -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr -DSYSCONF_INSTALL_DIR=/etc \ -DLOCAL_STATE_DIR=/var -DWITH_SYSTEMD=ON ..
