Add dnt param

Add dnt param in order to be more privacy friendly for end users, as explained here https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001494447-Using-Player-Parameters it disables tracking from Vimeo.

@slightlyoff, would it be a possibility to merge this? Or would you prefer this to be configurable?
