docs: update for advanced navigation features

This documentation update follows new feature from https://github.com/slidevjs/slidev/pull/631 and specifically addresses:

  1. Up-to-date documentation with regards to navigation features exposed to custom shortcut bindings
  2. Tidy-up this page with header breaks

Note: don't merge until we have a new version released with passing tests. Seems like 0.33.1 has a failing Cypress test.
