Does the simulation match state when activated?

Hi

When the simulation is activated, if a light was already on in the history, will the integration turn the light on to match? Or does it only replay events?

Example Delta is 1 day Simulation was activated at 7pm, but the previous day, the light was turned on at 6pm and stayed on till 11pm.

Will the light be turned on at 7pm?
