Can't edit resource on Ubuntu 16.0.4 x64

When I edit resource on Ubuntu 16.0.4 LTS x64, I get an incompatible dependency for it. For instance I try to edit the main menu in the default package and I get this when I restart sublime text: screenshot from 2017-06-23 18-42-23

Have you edited Package Control files? Maybe you just broke it and need to reinstall.
