“print_export.framework” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software

Just like the title says. Catalina, Sketch 66.1, so far as I know everything is installed correctly. Selecting Plugins > Print Export yields the following error message: Screen Shot 2020-07-01 at 10 56 29 AM X-Code and command line tools are installed.

Download the source code open /src/framework/print-export.xcode.proj select the targets > print-export > Signing & Capabilities and make sure something's entered there.

+1, this issue is a complete blocker for me. No Xcode on machine.

According to Mac support you can add an exception under Security & Privacy. Just click the lock icon, enter your password, and click Allow Anyway:
