Add support for Smart Layout Min/Max width and height settings

Sketch.app version 61 adds the ability to set min/max width and height values for applied Smart Layout settings in Sketch. With version 61 now featuring support for SmartLayout in the API, we ought to publicly add support for these further controls in the API inc. related docs.
