Match Case is ingnored

On windows with 64tass selected if I do a "find" and have "Match case" ticked, case is complety ignored in the results.

I.e type INC into the editor the do a find for inc with Match case on and it will find and highlight INC

Is it just with 64tass, or with any compiler? (I guess, the latter)

The problem is as I remember that checking/unchecking the box does not change the search case sensitivity immediately and it's only applied to a new search.

I just did a test and yeah Soci nailed it. If you do a search, tick it, then you will still cycle through the "list of things found" when you typed in the original. Another annoyance with search is If you search for something to change it ( but not remove what you searched for ) and then go to next, it starts from the top. So you search, edit skip edit skip skip edit skip skip skip edit skip skip skip skip edit ....
