Loading blocked at 76% (without g-earth)

I use G-Earth, then a few days later, when I wanted to reconnect on the retro, it remains blocked at 76%, and when I try to connect with G-Earth it loads in the empty

(I can connect to retro normally, and G-Earth works normally except with this host)

open cmd as administrator and type:

 netsh interface ip delete address "Loopback" <ip>

where <ip> = ip of the retro

Didn't close because could g-earth could make sure this doesn't happen, but this is a more complex issue I think
