After updating the buffalo debugger firmware I'm able to use openFPGALoader.
Anyway, there is one thing if you are using programming to SRAM (which is the default function of openFPGALoader). You need to have some bitstream file loaded in flash. In my case programming is not working correctly when flash of Gowin GW5AST is empty.
