Simular seems to block popups, which limits the automation I can do. Please allow the user to disable this like in other browsers.

It seems you are referring to the Simular browser agent, not the Agent-S code in this repository. Popups work on many sites we tested. Could you be more specific about where you encounter this behavior? You are welcome to join our Discord channel for product-related questions.
