[FEATURE] Current sensing for stepper motors - FOC current control

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Extending the current StepperMotor class to handle the FOC torque control.
• Extending the CurrentSense classes to enable inline and low-side current sensing for steppers
  • If we do this well enough, the current sensing should work for DC motors as well
