Select multiple non-continuous words as a phrase

This is related to #193 and #178 .

For German splittable verbs, current tokenization cannot detect prefix of verb at the end of the sentence (or some times wrongly detect that). One easy workaround is to allow users to manually select both prefix and trunk as a phrase.

Example: Er warf ihr einen tadelnden Blick zu.

The verb is zuwarf. I think keeping as a phrase warf zu is good enough.

Can you please explain this a bit more? You mean you would like to create phrases in a way where the words are not next to eachother?

Yes, like what's demonstrated in the example. I'd like to create a phrase that contains words not immediately next to each other.
