Japanese Kanji page missing kanjis

I noticed that my Kanji page is displaying far fewer kanji than expected, whether Grade List or JLPT List. I even checked if it was only showing kanji from words I’ve learned (lv 0), but even that the list seemed incomplete. I’m not sure how the system determines which kanji to display, but I think it should include all the kanji I’ve encountered, regardless of level. Wonder did I understand the mechanism wrong?
