"Better Comments" not working anymore, if this one is active.

If I activate this extension in VS Code the Better Comments Extension does not work anymore.

Thanks for reporting! I haven't worked on the MDX extension for a long time because I feel like I'd need to learn a lot about VS Code to fix some issues, but I do want to make it good.

So eventually I'll check out what's going on here, but don't expect it any time soon. Sorry.

Since Better Comments is quite important for my workflow I switched to your "competitor" (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=JounQin.vscode-mdx) for MDX Syntax Highlighting. 😅

Awesome that you found a solution! Let me know if that extension turns out to be better in other ways too, I really want that to be the case because it's the "official" one, I don't want there to be this awkward choice without a clear winner anymore. 😄

Otherwise I'll merge them eventually once I become the VS Code extension master 🔮😜
