Windows users need to download Visual C++ Redistributable for vcruntime140_1.dll not found error

Description

Running .\lighthouse.exe --version the pre-built binary in PowerShell does not show anything, double click on the binary will show "vcruntime140_1.dll not found" error.

Lighthouse v2.2.1 pre-built binary for Windows

Steps to resolve

Download the latest Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 from this page
