What language are you using? Does anything show up in the default HA controls for the hot water?

Could you switch to English and see if it changes? I think your UI component is trying to display icons, but there are none to show. So I don't think it's related to language, and I don't think I can fix it (AFAIK there's no way to set these icons in HA).
