Hi friends,

Just today updated the vaillant VR700 to myVaillant. Multimatic is no longer working.

With mypyllant: Right user/pass, right country. No serial number needed.

Auth error:

Authentication failed, check your username and password and make sure you selected the right country and device brand

You created a new MyVaillant account and this account is working in the MyVaillant app on your smartphone?

hej, same problem here. authentication failed in mypyllant while myVAILLANT app still working.

Friend, It finally worked. The username and password from myVailant app is diferent than the username and password of your vaillant Hardware! Use the myVaillant user/password!

I have the same issues login in. The App works fine but the HA integration fails. @MisfitPunisher can you explain what other user/password you have used please? Thanks!

Same Here. App works fine. But no Login in your intergation possible. No Errors in Log. Only Red "Cant Log in ..." Message while setup.
