Crash when turning on censorship circumvention

Bug description

The app crashes when attempting to open the advanced privacy settings after turning on the censorship circumvention feature.

Steps to reproduce

• Install App
• Enter phone number
• Create pin
• Go to settings
• Go to privacy
• Go to advanced
• Turn on censorship circumvention

Actual result: The app crashes once the feature is turned on. You are unable to turn it off because opening the advanced privacy settings crashes the app again. Reinstalling solves the issue.

Expected result: The app shouldn't crash when opening the advanced privacy setting even after censorship circumvention has been turned on.
