Add dark mode

Signal is basically the only App I have that doesn't have the option for a dark mode. Please add this as soon as possible.

Although found there got options in the settings, but currently it is grayed out and cannot select anything yet, so was stuck in light mode. Is it a bug or just a future placement? In version 0.3.0.
