Blocking does not properly propagate to secondary windows

Steps to reproduce:

  • open 2 windows
  • open the same conversation
  • block it

HandleBlockedContacts does update the conversation in the conversation list (so everything is ok when you reopen the conversation), but as long as you keep it open the send bar is not disabled.
