btw, [typelevel/cats](https://github.com/typelevel/cats) requires `tut-core` when you want to compile it. But I haven't been able to find out why -- I can't see `tut-core` being declared as a dependency or...

I see the repo being declared [here](https://github.com/tpolecat/tut/blob/e715715b340d79b67ef8260b0285d77204d34f12/plugin/src/main/scala/tut/TutPlugin.scala#L35-L36) but where is configured in [typelevel/cats](https://github.com/typelevel/cats)? btw `tut-core` is still not there ``` http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/tpolecat/ ```

@blast-hardcheese had problems syncing `sbt-guardrail`, one of the issues were with `sbt-pgp` signing, but eventually succeeded see https://github.com/twilio/sbt-guardrail/issues/3 for details

That's really unfortunate :crying_cat_face: Isn't there any other way to get the updated extension to the Chrome store?

Maybe we could find a way to do this that _does_ not break the public API. The `circe-yaml` library would then still be not well configurable, but maybe it's better...
