Problem descriptions are shown in Chinese

Describe the bug Problem descriptions are shown in Chinese. "English Content" checkbox is set in settings. "Cookie" checkbox is set in settings. URL set to "leetcode.com". I expect the problem descriptions to be in English.

First I tried to load the problems without authentication (password auth failed for me), and I got the list in Chinese. It was not updated later when I logged into my account maybe. I though clearing the plugin settings/prefs would helped, but I haven't found a way to. Reinstalling the plugin did not help.
