Screen flash when drawer opens and closes

Using iPhone 15 Pro with Safari - when toggling the drawer on the official website it flashes black on open and on close.

I noticed this the other day, didn't want to fill an issue without making a minimum reproducible example, but since it's already here, let me add the video:
