[feat] add new resizable box component

This component will be single unlike resizable layout. We can not have resizable drag in every direction with the component that is already there for layouts.

We should be able to resize from both direction and it's reference should be editors like canva.

I had high hopes after I saw the Resizable component. However, there are other libraries that do that. I ended up choosing re-resizable for my project and it works quite smoothly from my experience.
