[CLI]: Quality of life improvements

This PR introduces 2 significant changes:

• Ensure prefix the default components path with src when the current project has an src directory
• Store the user preference for the current project in a config file in order to avoid asking the components path every time

The last point can be override via -p, --path

Fixes #236
