Toaster doesn't ship with the cli tool

<Toaster /> component doesn't ship with the cli-tool npx shadcn-ui add toast

Even the manual installation shows steps for Toasted component.

Although all the components are available to make the toaster..

Suggestion: Make another component file like the use-toast.ts containing Toaster

This is a duplicate of #234. Will look into it though as I noticed it too, the only thing that would be needed to do is to add the toaster file to the toast json as you said.
