Drawer - Body scroll bar

We need to install react-remove-scroll-bar in the Drawer Component just like we have in Dropdown Menu to keep the scrollbar "without blinking" when we close the Drawer.

the drawer scrolling is not blinking (flickering) for me, but rather i can't swipe off the drawer after scrolling the content within it
