component `carousel` behaves unexpectedly

I was browsing over the website and saw that the carousel component is not behaving as it should. Attaching a video to demonstrate:

Whenever we are switching from Default to New york, then the animation for first slide is getting lost, am I right?

For me the navigation buttons don't appear. Also only the first slide shows the card.. and then it becomes blank pages.
