Error when executing hex-crypt

Hello, I want to encrypt an application using the command "hex_crypt -o dest.hex -i src.hex", exactly as described on your Github Readme Link. But the tool immediately stops with an error:

How can I solve this? In your manual no prequisites are mentionned.
