If your intention is to use Cloudflare DNS with AdGuard's Simplified Domain Name filter, there is a workaround. Download DNSCloak (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/dnscloak-dnscrypt-doh-client/id1330471557?mt=8) and use this hostname formatted version of AdGuard's filter (https://v.firebog.net/hosts/AdguardDNS.txt) in the app's blacklist feature. It doesn't auto update, but you can periodically choose the file again from iCloud Drive.
