Proposal: Use shields.io badges for Github stars and add PyPI downloads

The motivation behind it is my discovery that svcs has more than 4M downloads last month, which puts it to 1st place by downloads, and for example inject, fast-depends and even lagom has much more downloads than dishka.

Also, it will allow to display actual numbers realtime, without additional contributions

I can understand why (after some digging): svcs is used by Airflow, which is hugely popular. I fully understand that the number of downloads is a useful metrics (ie. for raw usage), but I think star count is more representative of developer mindshare.
