提取 ${api.url} 中的域名host部分，去掉 https:// 的前缀，便于更好的传参

Description

有办法提取出来host吗，url是这样的 url: https://service-k40ic7ac-1251120934.gz.apigw.tencentcs.com/release/，希望只保留域名，把这个参数直接加入到跨域的设置里面，把https://的前缀截断掉。只留下 service-k40ic7ac-1251120934.gz.apigw.tencentcs.com，便于更好的传递参数。现在需要手工修改。
