Add 'no IA result' option...

I think could be useful and safe to add an options to clean away IA results from google search. For the info see https://udm14.org/ (but basically add &udm=14 to the URL).

Why safe? Wouldn't it make more sense to create a second add on for this ?

Ops, i've interchanged bold and italic, sorry, i was joking...

Surely, another addon could be created, but i think an options to this make it sense, so i've created this. Close if you think it is not the job for this addon.... sorry.

no worries, I was mostly curious why this would fit with safe search. Let me think about it.
