New updates to the component

Hello everyone!

Its looks like this component is not being actively maintained. I've forked the repository and have started adding new features to it, like the prop maxSelect (set a max number of items a user can select). I want to know if the repository owner has plans to accept pull requests or if I can share my fork here so we can keep updating it to make it perfect.
