Release AnsiConsoleTheme.Sixteen

Hi 👋 First of all, thanks for the great work on this library.

I'm opening this issue to ask for a new release on NuGet. I'm specially interested in the new AnsiConsoleTheme.Sixteen, implemented in #124.

If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know.

Thanks for the nudge - I've created https://github.com/serilog/serilog-sinks-console/pull/132.

To help this along - have you tried Sixteen in the most recent 4.0.2 dev package?
