Why is the .NET Core version beta?

If there is no reason, can we remove the beta tag?

If there is a reason - what is it? How can we help finalizing it?

I think it's not working for .Netcore 3.1

It does work with .NET Core 3.1 since this package is compatible with .NET Standard 2.
