[Suggestion] For Using pdf-diff on Windows

Finding Poppler for Windows is a herculean task. Latest build is not available anywhere. So far, I could find the old Windows builds at below link and it works after you set it in PATH environment variable.

Link this in the Readme so Windows users don't have to spend hours in order to make this tool work.

Thanks for the link, I'm going to add it to README. I'm trying to find a solid alternative to poppler (such as a Go library) so I can pack everything under one binary. If you find one, please let me know.

EDIT: aren't those poppler binary a little bit too outdated? I do not have any Windows-based machine to try. If you confirm me that, that would be great.
