No, but I am using neither Linux, nor MacOC but Windows, so the guide does not help...

There's a link to Testing your GitHub Pages site locally with Jekyll in the markdown which will direct you to the official Github hape. There's a tab for Windows.

Would you please try to follow it and see if it works for you? If yes, it will be a plus to update the markdown with a instruction for windows.

I have successfully tested the MD with Jekyll locally

Corrections made, readme.md now has the same structure as the ndvi script, including evaluate and visualize section, separate visualization, eo browser and raw scripts are available.
