Custom field is expecting ID instead of field name

Just opening this again what was talked about in https://github.com/sendgrid/sendgrid-nodejs/issues/953

The problem still persists. You are not able to e.g. create contacts using custom_fields: { field_name: "field_value" }

The solution brought out in the previous issue is to inspect the page with dev tools and look for /field_definitions under Network tab.

Why not include an extra column "Field ID"?
