ContributorApi.java: Implement the Contributor Das...
The puzzle -1368424830 originating from #89 has to be resolved:

"Implement the Contributor Dashboard HTML page. If the /contributor endpoint returns NO CONTENT, we should simply display a message saying "You are not a contributor in any project...". If the /contributor returns data, we should display the Contracts, links to the Tasks etc.".
