well the plexTranscoderOrchestrator docker automatically create a NFS server and automatically interconect with the DO VM, you only need to be sure that the docker is starting fine the NFS...

what do you mean with quit the instance? you shouldn't close the instance or it won't work

proxylive can subscribe to any kind of stream, but broadcasting for now only http mpegTS or HLS
