Holder element is not cleared properly when quickPagination is called again

I use the plugin to paginate ajax search results. When I trigger the quickPagination a second time it does not clear the holder element, but instead appends the results there....

Could you provide all the options & methods that can be used. Also what the options stand for. Need to improve documentation around the utility.

Click events break when using "holder" parameter

Click events no longer work when using the holder parameter to put the pager to a special container. ``` ..quickPagination({ pageSize: "20", holder : ".pages" }); ```
