Issue in plotting cell labels by celltype colour for Xenium

Same command works for CosMx, but doesn't work for Xenium.

Hi @OnkarMulay, can you please give more specific details of what you encountered working on CosMx data that is not working on Xenium? Without this information, it is more difficult to try reproducing the bug that you are reporting.

Also, which version of spatialdata-plot are you using? Finally it would be great if you could show the plots that you get on CosMx and Xenium. Thank you and hear from you soon!
