Remove `pp` accessor as its functionality is now in `spatialdata`

The get_elements() functionalities are not in SpatialData yet (this issues track that: https://github.com/scverse/spatialdata/issues/289). It would be a small PR though, shall I prioritize it?

It'd be cleaner but I'd say medium priority. I think there are a few filtering functions in spatialdata but I feel like the get_elements interface was a little more intuitive?
